Current and new practices should input tickets with AAD/DataDerm if they have issues, questions, or concerns with:

Dashboard functionality issue – DataDerm team will then input a ticket with PA consulting.
- Items or modules within the dashboard are not working as expected/outlined.

Dashboard login issue – DataDerm team will input a ticket with PA consulting.
- If the initial troubleshooting/changing the password does not work, please contact the DataDerm team.

Dashboard performance calculation issue – DataDerm team will input a ticket with PA consulting.
- If any Quality measures are not being reflected accurately, whether that’s the number of encounters or met/not met counts.
- For each measure that is inaccurate, please input a separate ticket with our team for each measure.
- This might require a meeting to review the EHR/clinician workflow with PA consulting and the AAD/DataDerm team.
